Dear Adam,

Hello, I'm 3-one Australian Cattle Dog. It is a wonderful dog obedience, canine good citizen certificate and everything. She is very obedient and natural asset that people, however, she is very dominant when it comes to other dogs. I recently had problems with other dogs if they bite her while she are released. This is not a problem if I say sit and the other dog is a normal distance away. He does not like dogs invade your space and standing over her (she's only 35 pounds, if most of the dogs tower over her). I call it his "Napoleon complex". I tried to work on the problem by putting a muzzle on it and the creating opportunities to fix, but realizes he can not show the other dog who's boss during that gagged and choirs. As I said this is a perfect angel around people. In a therapy situation, is unlikely to encourage other dogs off the leash to be allowed to be in a position close enough to his discomfort, however, if certain circumstances, I would feel uncomfortable with another dog bite. In most cases, I can not avoid a situation where you might be tempted to snap to happen, however, there are cases that can not be avoided. Any suggestions? I debate whether to interrupt the course of his therapy dog.

Dear Katie,

This is really more of a manager is. It is your responsibility to other dogs, Let not invade your space. Now you can correct the abuse - but at the same time, you must show that she trusts you, and not let a strange dog and taking another surprise package in his face.
