Barefoot entrepreneur and renowned businessman Dawn Gibbins MBE will act as a catalyst for change at a national conference - intended to encourage young people throughout the United Kingdom.

Dawn, a former Veuve Clicquot Business Woman of the Year, takes the stage at the event, organized by the Junior Chamber International UK (JCI UK), to be held at Nottingham University between 5 and 7 September. The boots are the main sponsor.

JCI United Kingdom - An organization to anyone between 20 and 30 who want to make positive changes in their lives - is now in year 80, a celebration marked with the theme "Exploration inspiration.

Dawn begins the conference by exploring the concept of "A Walk on the Wild Side".

Give examples real life of his own career as an entrepreneur - including his experiences in founding the multinational Flowcrete Group - which sold millions of pounds earlier this year.

Dawn, which opens the event on Friday afternoon, will also explain how the injection of inspiration and innovation its brand of luxury lifestyle, Barefoot Flooring, to be launched.

A woman from Cheshire-based business said: "JCI UK is an organization national fantasy, what makes a real difference in the UK by developing young leaders.

"Finding Inspiration is a wonderful theme of motivation for their annual conference and I am eager to participate in the event. "

Other speakers at the conference include Steve Parks, author and entrepreneur, and Sean Chapple, known as "Ice Man" - a polar expedition leader, which explores the business of winning.

The Conference concluded with a gala black, and in consonance with the celebration of 80th anniversary of the ICE - the theme years 1920.
