Is it illegal to fire a .22 cal in his private garden in Arizona?
I wonder if it's illegal or not does not absolve a .22 rimfire rifle, cal for plinking in your backyard? I live in Arizona and in a residential area.
You've found some very contradictory answers here. But it is a residential area in the United States that lets you draw the weapon within this jurisdiction.Picture children playing in their backyard while someone pulls a gun on his back is yard.It simply not happen.
