How do I get rid of the small Black mosquitoes detect parasites in my cage.?

I have a military macaw in a large cage inside of my house and left town the weekend and when we had a million small (check the research) black flying insects in the cage. They emigrated to my pantry, clean the cage and the pantry, and thought they were all went up last night we got home and are in their cage. Same food (frozen 3 days before to give the store). Do not go outside.

We have a scarlet macaw and the only time we leave her cage errors is too dirty! Now, once you do enter their drainage and race! Then you need to put baking soda and vinegar in their wastewater including all sinks, tubs, showers, washing dishes. Only a few pores baking soda down the drain, then add the vinegar slowly until the bubble is several times each drainage and must care for his problem, without being toxic to the bird!
